It is unlawful for any person to hinder or obstruct the chief animal control officer or any of his staff or employees in the exercise of their duties. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2815 § 6, 1997: Ord. 2474 § 1 (part), 1990)
