Any person who after written notice, violates, or who upon the demand of the division, refuses or neglects to conform to any rule, written order, or regulation prescribed by the division, is guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 2764 § 1 (part), 1996: Ord. 2474 § 1 (part), 1990)
