It shall be the duty of the division to seize and impound, in a lawful manner, and subject to the provisions of this chapter, all stray or unlicensed dogs found within the unincorporated area of San Luis Obispo County. (Ord. 2764 § 1 (part), 1996: Ord. 2474 § 1 (part), 1990)
