Accessory uses are customarily incidental, related and subordinate to the main use of a lot or building and do not alter or change the character of the main use. With the exception of dwellings in the agriculture category (Section 22.30.480), an accessory use as defined in this chapter shall not be established unless a principal use has first been established on the site in compliance with all applicable provisions of this title.
