A. Minimum Site Area. One acre for cemeteries; no minimum for a columbarium.
B. Location. On a collector or arterial.
C. Site Design Standards.
1. Setbacks. All structures and burial plots shall be located no closer than thirty feet to any property line.
2. Site Coverage. No more than five percent of a cemetery site may be occupied by buildings.
3. Landscaping. A ten-foot landscaping strip containing screening plant materials shall be provided adjacent to all interior lot lines.
4. Interment Facilities. All facilities for ground burial shall be designed and constructed in compliance with any requirements established by the regional water quality control board (see Section 22.10.190—Regional Water Quality Control Board Review). (Ord. 2982 § 1 (part), 2002)
