Any use identified by the land use element as an allowable, S-4 use (see Table O, Part I of the land use element), is subject to the provisions of the following

23.08.062 Indoor amusements and recreation;
23.08.064 Cemeteries and columbariums;
23.08.066 Churches and related activities;
23.08.068 Drive-in theaters;
23.08.069 Membership organizations;
23.08.070 Outdoor sports and recreation;
23.08.072 Rural recreation and camping;
23.08.074 Schools and preschools.
