Religious meeting facilities and related activities are subject to the following standards:
(1) Permit Requirement. Development plan approval;
(2) Location. Within an urban or village reserve line, church facilities and related activities are to be on a road identified as a collector or arterial roadway by the land use element, which shall be improved to collector or arterial standards as specified in the San Luis Obispo County Standard Specifications and Drawings; except that a church or related activity in the office and professional category may be on a local street. Church facilities and related activities may be located on local roads in the residential rural and rural lands categories outside of urban and village reserve lines;
(3) Minimum Site Area. Twenty thousand square feet. (Ord. 2688, 1994: Ord. 2592 § 9 (part), 1992)
