Such establishments in a commercial retail category are subject to the following standards:
(a) Permit Requirements. As determined by Chapter 23.03.
(b) Enclosure Required. In the commercial retail category, all building materials sales activities and storage are to be enclosed within a building. (Ord. 2592 § 9 (part), 1992)
