When a personal service use as defined by the land use element is identified as an S-11 use in the residential single-family or residential multifamily category, the standards of this section apply.
(a) Limitation on Use. Personal service uses allowable in a residential category are limited to beauty and barber shops, dry cleaning pick-up stores and laundromats.
(b) Permit Requirement. Minor use permit approval.
(c) Location. At the intersection of two collectors, arterials, or combination of both.
(d) Minimum Site Area. Six thousand square feet.
(e) Hours of Operation. The conduct of business by a personal service use in a residential area is limited to the hours between seven a.m. and ten p.m., daily. (Ord. 2592 § 9 (part), 1992)
