Land uses and activities of a temporary nature are defined by the land use element under temporary construction yards, temporary dwellings or offices and temporary events. When designated as allowable, S-17 uses by the land use element, such uses are subject to the provisions of the following

23.08.241 General standards;
23.08.244 Temporary construction yards;
23.08.246 Temporary dwellings or offices;
23.08.248 Temporary events.
